People very often ask us about our success stories. We tend to answer this question with some insight into how we view success depending on the individual we are working with and their own personal journey. We see success in small things and yet it is always rewarding for our clients and of course for us, when we can clearly see the big steps forward too.
One of our clients, Nikki, recently had a photograph she had taken used for the front cover of a local online magazine, HD Connect. We asked her if she would like us to share her success with our followers and she decided she would like that. Her photograph is this one below.
Nikki’s Support Worker says:, ‘It’s been a pleasure to get alongside Nikki over the last four years. Nikki has worked really hard to move forward with her life in this time despite the challenges that life has thrown her way. When we met Nikki she was street homeless and has persevered through times of poor health. Nowadays she has her own place and has been pursuing her interest in photography. Turns out she is pretty good at it as one of her photographs was chosen for the front cover of a magazine!’
