We are recruiting an Outreach Team Leader to join our team in Leeds, Bradford and Kirklees!
We are now seeking a credible and inspiring Outreach Team Leader to:
- Lead, motivate and develop a small, hugely committed Outreach team – as well as supporting our extended volunteer base.
- Coach and Mentor the team to develop trauma informed support skills utilising regular supervision and reflective practice.
- Work effectively with the CEO to ensure robust processes are established, including caseload management and development of a new CRM system
- Build and maintain relationships with Stakeholders across Leeds, Bradford, and Kirklees
