Who is Simon on the Streets?
We provide unlimited practical and emotional support to people experiencing homelessness in Leeds. All our services are delivered on an outreach basis directly on the streets, ensuring that we are supporting those individuals who are homeless and may not be engaging with other services.
Working towards sustainable positive change may be a long, rocky road. That’s why we not only support people into accommodation, we stay in their lives long after they’re housed.
